How do I fix Core Web Vitals on Wix?

What to do about it

1. Uninstall apps you do not use. Every Wix app you add can inject its own scripts and styles, and they run on your pages even when the app is barely used.
2. Upload images at roughly the size they display. Wix compresses images and serves resized, modern-format versions automatically, but an oversized original still starts life heavier than it needs to be.
3. Use fewer font families and weights. Each additional web font is another file the browser must fetch before text paints, which hurts LCP and CLS.
4. Avoid background videos and auto-playing slideshows in the hero. A static image with text is faster and more stable.
5. Check the mobile view in the Wix editor. Wix has a separate mobile layout; make sure it is not carrying sections the desktop view dropped.
6. Remember the limit: hosting, caching, and server configuration belong to Wix. If field data shows slow server response, the levers left to you are apps, images, fonts, and page structure.
